Broken Write Defaults

Do you have toggles which turn on but won't turn off?

  • This is most likely because of a broken Write Defaults mix.
  • Look for a VRCFury | Fix Write Defaults component in the inspector of your avatar's root (the same object containing the VRC Avatar Descriptor).
  • If it was set to Disabled, this indicates that you clicked Skip and stop asking when VRCFury asked to fix the issue for you.
  • Change the component's Mode from Disabled to Auto.
